This is the first training program held by Taiwan International PKI Training Center . With 133 qualified applications from 38 economies, there are 19 distinguished applicants who are selected by review committee joined the training program in Chinese Taipei on February, 2006.

During this training program, the participants experiences 8 PKI related courses taught by 8 outstanding scholars and experts in the PKI area, which are including PKI Technology and Application Trend, PKI Legal and Policy, CA Operation Practice, PKI Application System Deployment Practice, Cross-border PKI Application, B 2C & B2B E-Commerce PKI Application, E-Government PKI Application. Visit of two Certification Authorities are also included in the course.
