“2010 APEC TEL PKI/e-Authentication Training Program” has been formed to promote PKI/e-Authentication technology and offer training to worldwide elites. A series of 7-day lectures given by experts in the PKI/e-Authentication area, supported by government funding, will be held to nurture international PKI/e-Authentication specialists. During this upcoming training period, planned courses under the PKI/e-Authentication theme include PKI Legal Policy, KI, PKI Application in E-Government, Cross-Border PKI Collaboration, PKI Application Trends in Commerce and company visiting. On last day, a Closing Ceremony & Farewell Party will draw a prefect ending to this significant event.

Application Requirements：
1. Bachelor’s Degree and above; Information and PKI/e-Authentication technology related background is a plus
2. Current professional / engineer / manager
3. Responsible for PKI/e-Authentication or IT related operation, management or promotion in private sectors, research institutes, or government agencies; with influence on policy decisions is most welcome.
4. Good English reading, writing, and communication skills
5. For non-Chinese Taipei residents only

Application Deadline：

Free Registration and Other Offerings：
1. Round-trip economic airfare, food and accommodations during the program period (August 31 to September 7, 2010) will be covered by the host.
2. The complimentary program is offered subject to completion of 7-day courses.
3. Participants need to purchase the ticket in advance, and the reimbursement will be made after providing the purchase certificates to the organizer during program period.

* Depend on the regulation of the hotel, your room won't be ready till check-in time, 3 pm, on Aug. 31 and your room won’t be available after the check-out time, 12 pm, on Sep. 8.
* If you need to check in before 3 pm on Aug. 31 or to check out after 12 pm on Sep. 8 due to some reason such as flight time, please let us know in advance so that we can reserve a room for you. In this case, the extraneous expenses are not covered.
